Japanese afforestation undertaking in Thailand bearing fruit

BANGKOK, Thailand - Shunji Murai (C), a 64-year-old professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo, plants young trees together with local residents in the northern Thai district of Boklua, Nan Province, about 15 kilometers from the border with Laos.
